Boil the quinoa in 1cup water for 7to8 min

corn chopped cucumber mint
and coriander leaves and mix it well
Take another bowl add olive oil
salt pepper lemon juice mustard
paste honey and mix it well add
this dressing to salad toss to mix
garnish with mint leaves and bhujia
